Piptochaetium hackelii (Arechav.) Parodi

Piptochaetium hackelii merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Uruguay hingga Argentina timur laut. Nama ilmiah Piptochaetium hackelii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis José Arechavaleta pada tahun 1930.
