Piptocoma hypochlora adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Venezuela utara dan barat laut. Nama ilmiah Piptocoma hypochlora pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Sidney Fay Blake pada tahun 1996.
