Piranhea securinega adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Picrodendraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Brazil (Bahia, Goiás, Minas Gerais). Nama ilmiah Piranhea securinega pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Alan Radcliffe-Smith pada tahun 1996.
