Piscidia carthagenensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko, Venezuela, Peru, hingga Karibia. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan stinkwood. Nama ilmiah Piscidia carthagenensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Nikolaus Joseph von Jacquin pada tahun 1760.
