Pithecellobium circinale adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kuba hingga Hispaniola. Nama ilmiah Pithecellobium circinale diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama George Bentham pada tahun 1844.
