Placodiscus riparius adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Sapindaceae (suku lerak-lerakan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di kawasan tropis Afrika bagian barat. Nama ilmiah Placodiscus riparius diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Ronald William John Keay pada tahun 1956.
