Plantago brownii merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Plantaginaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Tasmania, Kepulauan Auckland. Nama ilmiah Plantago brownii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Friedrich Gottlieb Dietrich pada tahun 1820.
