Plantago incisa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Plantaginaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Jawa. Nama ilmiah Plantago incisa diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Justus Carl Hasskarl pada tahun 1842.
