Plantago rapensis merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Plantaginaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Kepulauan Tubuai (Rapa Iti). Nama ilmiah Plantago rapensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Forest Buffen Harkness Brown pada tahun 1935.
