Platanthera cristata adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Amerika Serikat timur hingga Texas timur. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan crested yellow orchid. Nama ilmiah Platanthera cristata pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis André Michaux pada tahun 1835.
