Platanthera ophrydioides adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Sakhalin hingga Jepang utara dan tengah. Nama ilmiah Platanthera ophrydioides diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Friedrich Carl Fedor Bogdanovich Schmidt pada tahun 1868.
