Pleione chunii merupakan tumbuhan epifit dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah China selatan. Nama ilmiah Pleione chunii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Ching Lieh Tso pada tahun 1933.
