Pleroma canescens adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Melastomataceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Brazil (Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo). Nama ilmiah Pleroma canescens pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis David Don pada tahun 2019.
