Pleroma ramboi adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Melastomataceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Brazil (Santa Catarina, Rio Grande do Sul). Nama ilmiah Pleroma ramboi pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Alexander Curt Brade pada tahun 2019.
