Pleurophora pusilla merupakan tumbuhan semusim dari famili Lythraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Chili utara dan tengah. Nama ilmiah Pleurophora pusilla pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis William Jackson Hooker pada tahun 1833.
