Pleurothallis centranthera adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan epifit dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Brazil (São Paulo). Nama ilmiah Pleurothallis centranthera pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis John Lindley pada tahun 1859.
