Pleurothallis neobarbosae adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan epifit dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Peru. Nama ilmiah Pleurothallis neobarbosae pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Julian Mark Hugh Shaw pada tahun 2014.
