Pleurothallis ortegae adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan epifit dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Ekuador timur laut. Nama ilmiah Pleurothallis ortegae pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carlyle A. Luer pada tahun 1996.
