Pleurothallis penduliflora adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan epifit dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kolombia tengah hingga Peru tengah. Nama ilmiah Pleurothallis penduliflora pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Friedrich Wilhelm Ludwig Kraenzlin pada tahun 1905.
