Pleurothallis peroniocephala merupakan tumbuhan epifit dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Ekuador timur hingga Peru. Nama ilmiah Pleurothallis peroniocephala pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carlyle A. Luer pada tahun 1975.
