Pleurothallis phyllocardioides merupakan tumbuhan epifit dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Amerika tengah hingga Bolivia. Nama ilmiah Pleurothallis phyllocardioides pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Rudolf Schlechter pada tahun 1923.
