Pluchea laxiflora merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari wilayah sepanjang Brazil selatan (hingga São Paulo). Nama ilmiah Pluchea laxiflora diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama William Jackson Hooker pada tahun 1882.
