Poa chambersii merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Oregon. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan chambers' bluegrass. Nama ilmiah Poa chambersii pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 1998.
