Poa maia adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Selandia Baru. Nama ilmiah Poa maia pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Elizabeth Edgar pada tahun 1986.
