NEW MEXICO BLUEGRASS Poaoccidentalis (Vasey) Vasey
Poa occidentalis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim atau menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Colorado hingga Meksiko (Chihuahua). Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan new mexico bluegrass. Nama ilmiah Poa occidentalis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis George Vasey pada tahun 1893.
