Poa secunda var. gracillima adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kanada barat hingga California utara. Nama ilmiah Poa secunda var. gracillima pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis George Vasey pada tahun 2018.
