Poa trachyphylla adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma pegunungan tropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kolombia hingga Venezuela. Nama ilmiah Poa trachyphylla pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Robert Knud Friedrich Pilger pada tahun 1897.
