Podocarpus sylvestris merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Podocarpaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kaledonia Baru. Nama ilmiah Podocarpus sylvestris diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama John Theodore Buchholz pada tahun 1949.
