Podocarpus totara merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Podocarpaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Selandia Baru. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan totara. Nama ilmiah Podocarpus totara mulai dipublikasikan pada tahun 1832.
