Podocoma macrocephala adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari wilayah sepanjang Brazil (Rio Grande do Sul) hingga Uruguay. Nama ilmiah Podocoma macrocephala pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Wilhelm(Guillermo) Gustav(o) Franz(Francis) Herter pada tahun 1930.
