Podolepis monticola adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Queensland tenggara hingga New South Wales timur laut. Nama ilmiah Podolepis monticola pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Rodney John Francis Henderson pada tahun 1969.
