Pogonospermum distichotrichum merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Acanthaceae (suku jeruju-jerujuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Namibia hingga Provinsi Cape bagian utara. Nama ilmiah Pogonospermum distichotrichum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Gustav Lindau pada tahun 2022.
