Polycarpaea carnosa merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Caryophyllaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Kepulauan Kanaria (Tenerife, La Gomera). Nama ilmiah Polycarpaea carnosa diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Christen Smith pada tahun 1828.
