Polygala andensis merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Polygalaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Peru. Nama ilmiah Polygala andensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Robert Hippolyte Chodat pada tahun 1893.
