Polygala bowkerae merupakan tumbuhan semusim dari famili Polygalaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape selatan. Nama ilmiah Polygala bowkerae pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis William Henry Harvey pada tahun 1860.
