Polygala brevialata adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Polygalaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kolombia timur laut hingga Venezuela. Nama ilmiah Polygala brevialata diperkenalkan oleh Robert Hippolyte Chodat pada tahun 1893.
