Polygala exsquarrosa merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Polygalaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Papua (termasuk Kepulauan Aru) hingga Australia utara. Nama ilmiah Polygala exsquarrosa diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Fredericus Arnoldus Constantin Basil Adema pada tahun 1967.
