Polygala forojulensis subsp. carniolica adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Polygalaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Alpen selatan hingga Eropa timur-tengah dan Semenanjung Balkan barat. Nama ilmiah Polygala forojulensis subsp. carniolica pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Anton Kerner von Marilaun pada tahun 2014.
