Polygala grazielae adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Polygalaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Brazil (Mato Grosso do Sul). Nama ilmiah Polygala grazielae mulai dipublikasikan pada tahun 1984.
