Polygala helenae merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Polygalaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Yunani selatan. Nama ilmiah Polygala helenae diperkenalkan oleh Werner Rodolfo Greuter pada tahun 1967.
