Polygala hookeri merupakan tumbuhan semusim dari famili Polygalaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Amerika Serikat bagian tenggara. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan hooker's milkwort. Nama ilmiah Polygala hookeri diperkenalkan oleh John Torrey pada tahun 1840.
