Polygala macrolophos merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Polygalaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Sri Lanka. Nama ilmiah Polygala macrolophos pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Justus Carl Hasskarl pada tahun 1864.
