Polygala microspora merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Polygalaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Venezuela selatan hingga Guyana. Nama ilmiah Polygala microspora diperkenalkan oleh Sidney Fay Blake pada tahun 1929.
