Polygala mooneyi adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Polygalaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Ethiopia selatan. Nama ilmiah Polygala mooneyi pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Michael George Gilbert pada tahun 2000.
