Polygala multifurcata adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Polygalaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Tanzania barat daya. Nama ilmiah Polygala multifurcata diperkenalkan oleh Johannes Mildbraed pada tahun 1935.
