Polygala ophiura adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Polygalaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah KwaZulu-Natal. Nama ilmiah Polygala ophiura diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Robert Hippolyte Chodat pada tahun 1893.
