Polygala oreotrephes merupakan tumbuhan perdu atau perdu kecil dari famili Polygalaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Semenanjung Malaysia. Nama ilmiah Polygala oreotrephes diperkenalkan oleh Brian Lawrence Burtt pada tahun 1969.
