Polygala parkeri merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Polygalaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape barat daya. Nama ilmiah Polygala parkeri diperkenalkan oleh Margaret Rutherford Bryan Levyns pada tahun 1955.
