Polygala pulchella merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Polygalaceae yang memiliki siklus hidup dua musim (biennial). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Bolivia hingga Brazil dan Argentina bagian utara. Nama ilmiah Polygala pulchella diperkenalkan oleh Augustin Saint-Hilaire pada tahun 1828.
