Polygala saprophytica adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Polygalaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Brazil bagian barat. Nama ilmiah Polygala saprophytica diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Robert Hippolyte Chodat pada tahun 1949.
